Last Ferry — Porto Sol Operation is a single-player tactics game by bobuel about getting people out of a harbor. The current build, described as version 0.10.1, has one harbor, four linked missions, six mercenaries, and ten named residents. It is in development, and one complete operation is playable. It is listed as free. The creator says AI assisted code, graphics, and text. You need a desktop browser and a mouse. Click Run game for fullscreen. Progress stays in that browser and does not sync to another computer.
How a session of Last Ferry — Porto Sol Operation starts
Before the first shot you pick three of the six mercenaries and buy their weapons and supplies. Then you pick a contract and an approach on the operation board. In a mission, click a mercenary and the ground to move. Targets shows what a shot can see. Action points pay for firing, aiming, crouching, reloading, and abilities. End the turn and the enemies act. Objectives named in the notes include recovering fuel, warning residents, escorting patients, and defending the last boarding.
What you actually decide
Who sits out, what they carry, and which approach you buy before the mission. During the fight, an action point spent aiming is one you do not spend moving. Ammunition, injuries, fatigue, damaged buildings, and who you already rescued all carry into the next mission. There is no separate upgrade tree in the notes. The persistent wounds are the progression.
Controls and the first screen
The listing assumes a mouse: click to select and to move, drag to rotate, right-drag to pan. It does not publish a WASD scheme. Launch with Run game so the page goes fullscreen. If you clear site data, assume the local save goes with it, because the notes say the save lives in the current browser.
What the listing does not promise
In development means later missions may appear and 0.10.1 may not match the page you open next month. This site has not measured how long a new player takes. Do not call the four missions a finished campaign. The package’s own credits cover tools and assets.
Where Last Ferry — Porto Sol Operation runs
Last Ferry — Porto Sol Operation is published by bobuel on itch.io. This directory does not host the build, does not re-upload it, and does not put the author’s files inside an iframe unless the author offers an allowlisted embed. Use the official link on this page. If a control, a price, or a version on itch.io disagrees with a sentence here, the author page wins. bobuel’s itch.io page is where Run game lives.
A first sitting
Hire three mercenaries, buy a loadout you understand, and finish the first objective even if the squad is hurt. Check the next mission for fatigue and leftover ammunition before you blame the dice. If the operation board offers two approaches, take the one you did not read first on a later attempt.
